Okay I know you are all just dying to know what I look like pregnant, so here's a picture for you in all my pregnant glory!
For the records...20 weeks along, halfway, yay!
Okay the real good news is that today we got to find out the gender! Funny story real quick, a girl in my class that just had her baby at the end of March was telling me how when she went in to get her 20 week ultra sound the doctor told her the ultra sound tech was out of town but they could have her come in three days later! I was like oh my gosh if they tell me I have to come back later I will cry, I've been waiting for this day! So I go in to get my check up and the doctor comes in and says we don't have you scheduled for an ultra sound today something got messed up and we're completely booked for today...........are you kidding me, is this some kind of late April fools joke!?!? (that's what was running through my head) But thankfully the doctor said he could do a quick ultra sound that wouldn't give all the medical information they needed but he would be able to tell us the gender. Phew!
OKAY so what is it??? We are having a little baby girl!! :) I'm so happy, don't tell anyone but I was really hoping for a girl. I have my reasons. They are much more fun to dress up, there are more cute things to sew for them, usually if the oldest is a girl then they can babysit the other kids younger, and I'm kinda scared to have a boy. I know weird, but it's true. I have babysat A LOT and I feel like I always do better with the girls, I think it's because I am one. And I feel like it's always the boys who are the wild kids and act out, which I know is not always the case. Anyways I'm happy it's a girl and will be excited when/if we get a boy.
