A Very Happy Valentines Day

Why is this valentines day a very happy one? because the news is finally out...

We sent out Valentine cards to all our family and some friends....
This is the front of the card (And yes I made all of them by hand)

And the news was on the inside....
Yes we are expecting! And no I didn't spill water all over this one, it was just a quick way for me to blur the words so you couldn't read the note on the inside. I know Kim, you could have done so much better :)

I am due August 24th, 2011. Which means I am just over 12 weeks along. And REALLY glad I made it though my first trimester with no throwing up! I did get nauseous, but that's okay with me as long as I don't have to throw up. I mostly got nauseous at night...morning sickness?? Sleep is what I want to do ALL the time, I sleep 9-10 hours at night and then come home from school and take a 2 hour nap. Food doesn't really sound good to me because I get annoyed that I always seem to be hungry but don't want to eat. And if I don't eat then I get nauseous. Of course there are times when something sounds really really good to me, but of course we never have it. Oh and I sneeze a lot, I'm just going to attribute it to my highly sensitive nose. So that's been my life for the last few months. I'll keep you updated!

It's time...

I have finally decided that it's time. It's time to stop procrastinating blogging because I will only get further behind. It's time to stop being one of those people that don't post for months on end (I never made fun of them...). And it's time to just forget that I have no Christmas pictures because I suck at taking pictures.

So here you are, we are back from the dead.

Christmas=awesome. I'm just going to say there was no time to take pictures because we were having too much fun. If you want a little tid bit and some cute pictures from the holidays here is the link to my sister's blog because she actually posted for the holidays.

OKAY...
we are now back in good old Rexburg Idaho. And yes it's freezing. We moved into a new complex, let's just say it's amazing how much stuff we can acquire for only being married 9 months...

This is our apartment when we moved in

Disgusting I know. Oh did you happen to notice the space heater in the kitchen? Yeah that's not ours. When we moved into our brand new apartment the temperature was at 36 degrees and the furnace was not working. But hey 36 is pretty worm considering it was in the negatives outside the week we moved in. But still very cold and not comfortable to live in. Warm bath anyone?

I do have to say I am so glad that our hot water was working just fine because the space heaters they brought over took a little while to heat up the whole place. We lived off of three space heaters for about four days before they fixed our furnace...and then the next morning we woke up to 60 degrees when the thermostat was set for 70. Yay for living off space heaters! No actually it wasn't too bad they came back and fixed it again and it's still holding strong.

Well I was planning on posting after pictures too, because fortunately our apartment does not still look like this. But I haven't taken any yet and I don't want to spend the time tonight. I'm just proud that I finally did something on my blog again. So stay tuned for more on our new apartment. And hopefully a lot more frequent posts :)
