Well Brinlee has a few tips/sleeping positions that might just help
Sometimes it's too noisy so just cover up your ears...
You can use one hand or two, but it helps if you have something on it like a baby booty or something.
If the noise isn't a problem then really stretch out your arms
Or snuggle up to someone, that always helps!
But if that's not in the cards then try a big soft stuffed animal...
Maybe your head position is the problem, try turning it as far as you can to the side...
If that doesn't work tilt your body with it too...
Maybe it's too warm so feel free to sleep in only a pair of socks and a diaper

And if it's warm enough you can even ditch the socks and the diaper!
